Iva successfully graduated from the University of Economics and Business in Prague and in 2001 started working for Katchem company as a Sales Representative and Project Manager. In 2007 she became one of the managing directors and in 2016 she took the position of Sole Executive Director. Her goal is to build a modern, successful, and economically strong company with a stable position on the chemical market.

Tomáš graduated from the University of Pardubice in 1982 and subsequently completed several international internships at universities in Leeds, Barcelona, and Los Angeles. Following his studies, he worked as a research scientist at the Institute of Inorganic Chemistry of the Czech Academy of Sciences (IIC CAS in Řež) until 2006, when he began focusing on the development of synthetic methods for the company Katchem. Today, he is one of the key pillars of the company, actively contributing to the synthesis of the chemicals and participating in projects either as a principal investigator or research scientist. He shares his expertise not only at international conferences but also with his colleagues.

Zdeněk began his professional career after completing his Master's studies at the Department of Organic Chemistry at the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague (UCT Prague) in 1998, where he focused on research into the preparation of pseudoephedrine. The following year, he joined Katchem company as a specialist in chemical synthesis. Today, Zdeněk serves as the head of borane compound production, where his role includes the synthesis, analysis, and distribution of borane compounds. He is also actively involved in the production of the Dilactamate Katchem® initiator and is a key member of the company’s scientific team, contributing to the execution of research grant projects.

Martin completed his doctoral studies at the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague (UCT Prague) in 2012 at the Department of Organic Chemistry, where he also worked as a research assistant during his studies. During this time, he assisted in the synthesis of compounds for Katchem company, where he subsequently began working in the same year. Currently, Martin is responsible for and leads the section dedicated to the production of the Dilactamate Katchem® initiator. His responsibilities include overseeing proper production procedures and the chemical and physical analysis of this initiator. He is also actively involved in business activities and in representing the company at conferences and trade fairs. Additionally, he contributes to the synthesis of borane chemicals from the company's product catalogue.

Roman completed his doctoral studies at the University of Pardubice in 2006 and subsequently enrolled in a postdoctoral program at the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague (UCT Prague). During this time, he began earning additional income by working on chemical synthesis for the company Katchem, where he later joined as a full-time employee in 2010. His responsibilities at the company include the synthesis of catalogue chemicals and the optimization of already established synthetic procedures. Additionally, as a project investigator, he actively participates in the execution of projects for which the company regularly applies. Furthermore, he represents the company at conferences and trade fairs. Finally, he is actively involved in the production process of the Dilactamate Katchem® initiator.
Junior Researcher

Martin completed his doctoral studies at the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague (UCT Prague) in the field of Pharmaceuticals and Biomaterials in 2023 and immediately began working at Katchem company. He currently holds the position of Junior Researcher at the company, where his role involves developing new synthetic methods for chemicals sold by Katchem. He is also a key contributor to grant projects successfully undertaken by the company and is part of the production team responsible for preparing the Dilactamate Katchem® initiator. Furthermore, Martin represents the company at international trade fairs and conferences.

Jana graduated from the Upper Secondary School of Chemistry in Pardubice in 1975. She then began working in the chemical industry, where she served as a chemist and laboratory technician for companies specializing in utility materials. In 1999, she joined the company Katchem. Today, she holds the position of chemist and laboratory technician at the company, responsible for the synthesis of catalogue chemicals as well as the packaging and shipping of prepared borane compounds.

After graduating from the Secondary Industrial School (specializing in mechanical engineering) in 1996, Jan completed his mandatory military service and then began working as a wire mill supervisor at the screw factory in Libčice. In 2002, he joined the company Katchem. His responsibilities include preparing materials to produce the Dilactamate Katchem® initiator and overseeing its manufacturing process. He is also responsible for preparing goods for shipment and handling their dispatch.

Pavla successfully completed her studies at the Secondary Industrial School of Chemistry in Kralupy nad Vltavou in 1990 and subsequently worked as a chemical laboratory technician for ÚJV Řež, followed by a role as an administrative worker for companies involved in vinyl record production and insurance-related services. After taking maternity leave, she joined the company Katchem in 2006. Today, she holds a position where she is responsible for administration and regulatory matters related to the transportation of manufactured goods worldwide.

Renata began her career in 1997 after finishing school, working as an HR specialist and assistant, where her responsibilities included recruiting new employees and managing personnel records. She later worked as a coordinator for international and domestic business trips. In 2018, she joined the commercial department at Katchem company. Currently, she is responsible for customer communication, order processing, coordinating orders with production, and liaising with selected transport providers.

Daniela completed her university studies at the Czech Technical University in Prague (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, CTU Prague) in 1986, after which she took on the position of Head of the Economic Department for the Czech healthcare system. She continued her career in the field of economics and worked for seven years as a technical asset management specialist at ÚJV Řež. In 2016, she joined the company Katchem, where she has been working as the Head of the Economic Division. Her responsibilities include overseeing the company’s financial and economic operations.
IT Support

Dalibor graduated from the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague (UCT Prague, Department of Food Analysis and Nutrition) in 2004. During his studies, he worked not only as a brick and beer carrier during the reconstruction of the Czech National Bank but also on a project for the digitization of pension insurance record sheets. He later found employment in the digitization of geodetic maps of the Czech Republic. In 2006, he joined the company Katchem, where he worked as a synthetic chemist until 2017, responsible for the preparation of catalogue chemicals and their analysis (e.g., determining the boron content in synthesized molecules). Currently, he has shifted his role within the company to IT support while also actively participating in the production of the Dilactamate Katchem® initiator.

Naděžda graduated from the Faculty of Chemical Technology at the University of Pardubice in 1982. She began her career in the development department at Tesla Přelouč, later worked as an accountant at a secondary school, and subsequently held the role of project manager. In 2009, she joined Katchem, where she has since been actively involved in the preparation, coordination, and administration of grant-funded and other projects that the company successfully carries out.
